Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. All jewelry items, including gift/silver polishing cloth/modification kit/jewelry bag, must be returned, packed, and remain in the same original sellable conditions as when we shipped them to you.

Shipment Tracking Number

A return with a shipment tracking number is a must. Please ensure that you provide the valid shipment tracking number for all returns.

Current Return Address

Be sure to contact us for the most current return address prior to returning your orders.

**The address on the original shipping label cannot be used as the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and the shipment tracking number, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that the retail and wholesale restocking fee is 30% of the order, and shipping will not be refunded.
